Ingredients
6 bananas
50 ml cream
30 ml honey
5 ml ground cinnamon
Method
Pull a small piece of peel off the banana without taking it off altogether.
Spoon a little cream and honey into each banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place bananas open side up on the bottom of greased potjie.
Heat slowly and bake bananas for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
