I made this potjie a few times in 2009, and then I lost the recipe. I’ve been looking for the recipe ever since, and finally found it again. I’m going to make it again tomorrow, with yellow rice and raisins. It was a winner back then and I’m hoping it will be a treat again tomorrow.
